Official Rules and Regulations for KW Liberty Giveaway.

Eligibility: To be eligible for the Giveaway, participants must adhere to the following rules:

1. Entry Period:
   • The promotion will end on December 1st, and the drawing will take place on December 3rd. All entries must be submitted within this timeframe.
2. Value Limitation:
   • The total value of the giveaway prize, consisting of 2 orchestra seats for the Radio City Rockettes Christmas Spectacular, 2 ice skating rink rentals for the Rink at Rockefeller Center, and $200 gift certificate to Del Frisco’s.
3. Entry Options:
   • Participants can enter the giveaway by completing the Facebook form and/or the website form. Each completed form submission equals one entry. Participants can receive up to two entries by filling out both forms.
4. Bonus Entries:
   • Participants can earn additional entries by scheduling an appointment with Keller Williams Realty Liberty via the website. A scheduled appointment will result in an extra two entries, allowing participants to accumulate a total of four entries.
5. Winner Selection:
   • Only one winner will be chosen from the pool of eligible entries. The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Keller Williams Realty Liberty.
6. Winner Notification:
   • The selected winner will be notified via the contact information provided during the entry process. The winner must respond within 24 hours of notification to claim the prize.
7. Gift Distribution:
   • Keller Williams Realty Liberty will provide the winner with 2 orchestra seats for the Radio City Rockettes Christmas Spectacular, 2 ice skating rink rentals for the Rink at Rockefeller Center, or $200 gift certificate to Del Frisco’s. The gifts will be distributed to the winner within a reasonable timeframe after the promotion concludes.
8. Redemption Deadline:
   • The gifts are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
9. Disqualification:
   • Keller Williams Realty Liberty reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with the rules or provides false or misleading information.
10. Modification or Termination:
    • Keller Williams Realty Liberty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time, for any reason, without notice.
